I have a passion for continuous improvement - improvement in just about everything I see. I have chosen to focus my attention on improving business systems as they an integral part of an organization's efficiency and effectiveness.


I have helped organizations in several roles but have the most success and gotten the most satisfaction as a Business Systems Analyst. I have played roles on both the operations side and the Information Technology side so I have knowledge of both. I enjoy working on projects to improve systems to better support the processes and to provide better operational data.
